Order Processing & Payment

By placing an order with Sound Solutions Audio, INC. (“SSA”), you agree to all terms and conditions outlined on this page. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of stock status or production lead times.

Refunds, Cancellations & Processing Fees

Standard Refund Processing Fee (New Clause)

For any order canceled or refunded due to no fault of Sound Solutions Audio, INC.—including but not limited to customer error, change of mind, incorrect item ordered, or any non-defective reason—a 3.5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee covers non-recoverable payment processing costs.


Custom-Built Items (Car Audio Products)

Many SSA products are made-to-order, non-stocked, or custom-built. Once a custom order is placed, your payment is immediately processed and production begins shortly thereafter.

The following policies apply:

1. Canceling Before Production Begins

If you contact us to cancel your custom-built-item before manufacturing has begun, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. Canceling After Production Has Started

If production has begun—or the custom item is already completed but not yet shipped—you will be charged a 30% cancellation/refund fee.

3. Canceling After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for:

  • The 30% refund fee, plus

  • All applicable return shipping costs (both outbound and return shipping)

Returned items must arrive in unused, sellable condition. Items damaged due to improper return packaging may be rejected for refund.


SSA Branded Subwoofers — Warranty & Repair

SSA subwoofers have a dedicated warranty and repair policy. Please refer to the separate SSA Subwoofer Warranty Policy listed below on this page.

IMPORTANT:
KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS — returns or warranty shipments may be denied if packaging is not adequate for safe transportation.
