High output budget friendly OEM style replacement alternator.
This 6-phase technology combined with massive twin rectifier assemblies with 200% more surface area, and 16 diodes makes these alternators extremely durable for daily use, while still maintaining 220+ amps at engine idle speeds and just over 290 amps of total output and driving RPM's. These alternators work off of the vehicles PWM computer voltage control and can work with our MM-VC1 Voltage control box for voltage up to 16.5 volts if desired. With 220+ amps at vehicle idle RPM's, this is the perfect solution for Ford vehicles that are needing maximum output at idle vs overall output like our higher amperage Denso based models. This high output version still uses the OEM sized pulley which means you're able to achieve your higher output without needing to use a shorter belt like the higher amperage units we offer. If you're needing a budget friendly alternator upgrade with idle output as your main goal this is by far your best option!
